Private Sessions: At Fuse, our comprehensively trained instructors are proud to offer private one-on-one sessions to a wide range of clients; from people seeking relief from chronic back pain to professional athletes looking to improve their performance. Private sessions are a fantastic option for those looking to progress in their Pilates practice and improve with dedicated attention!

Group Classes: Includes all Fuse Mat, Reformer, Fuse Ladder, Fuse Bounce Trampoline, and Tower & Chair classes. Small Group Classes at Fuse Pilates combine the traditional with the far-from-traditional, taking you through a total body workout taught by first asking students, “What do you want to work on?” Throw out your request, and we’ll help you redefine it.

Nutrition & Meal Plans: Our amazing AADP-certified studio owner, Saba Alavi-Parham, will walk Track 2 participants through a nutrition plan that works for you as an individual. While movement in the body is key to achieving your goals, what we eat can make or break your goals!

Holistic Health Coaching & Accountability: All participants will receive a personal class tracker to assist in keeping a schedule and having a visual reminder of all you’ve accomplished. You’ll enjoy the camaraderie and group support of all FitFest participants!

For Track 2 participants, each week you will have the opportunity to meet for about 15 minutes with our studio owner Saba Alavi-Parham to discuss the 8 pillars of holistic wellness as they pertain to your personal life. Eat empowered, Sweat Often, Stress Less, Sleep Deep, Live Consciously, Drink Up, nurture yourself, and love more.

Rules & Terms

All small group classes and private sessions must be completed within the 6-week period ending 4/17/23. For example: with option #1 you have one private session and eight group classes to use within the six weeks.

Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions. No extension, no refund.
