Policies
All packages are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. If a class pass expires, you may reactivate it with the purchase of another class pass (apologies, but single class purchase will not reactivate your pass). Packages may be put on hold for travel or medical reasons. For 20 class passes, you may gift up to 5 of your spots to another person.
If you have reserved a class online but cannot attend, you must cancel your reservation online at least 4 hours prior to the class start time in order to avoid a charge on your class pass for evening classes and 12 hours prior for any class before noon. Private sessions require a 24 hour cancellation. Students with unlimited class packages will be charged the full drop in price of a class each time a class is not canceled within the required time period.
Current prices and policies are subject to change at any time. All changes will be noted on the website, and price changes will not affect current pass holders.
Please arrive on time for your class. If you are late to your class, your spot may be given to a person on the wait list. We are unable to accommodate latecomers during peak class times.
We require at least two attendees per group class. You will be notified in advance with the option to change to another class if your class hasn’t met this required number of students.
We accept cash, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. We apologize, but we do not accept livestock or first-born children.
